Blade Barbed Wire Production Line Introduction:

Decoiler:

1. The decoiler adopts 100 thickened I-beam can effectively prevent machine tilt deformation.

Punch Press Machine:

1. Open type inclinable press, stable operation, low noise, high pressure. Adapt to various types of blade barbed rope stamping.
2. Feeder roller is made of chromium 12 die steel through high temperature vacuum heat treatment process, with high hardness, wear resistance and long service life.
3. CNC stepping motor form feeding, easy to adjust, more accurate.
4. Integral centralized power distribution cabinet, to achieve feeding, stamping and receiving in one control, more flexible and convenient operation.
5. The mold is made of alloy steel, vacuum heat treatment, EDM cutting technology, smooth and sharp edge and durable.
6. Multi-purpose machine, change the mold to achieve BTO-10, BTO-11, BTO-12, BTO-18, BTO-22, BTO-25, BTO-28, BTO-30,CBT-60,CBT-65 and other types of blade barbed rope stamping.

Razor Strips Recoiling Machine:
