Fence Mesh Welding Production Line Features:
1. Main welding machine is a device, which to weld the mesh based
the longitudinal wire and cross wire through voltage.

feedback that the line wire feeding not smoothly ,we design the
wire row falling mode instead the turn plate carrying wire. push the line wire into the welding position when line wire
located.
4 .Cross wire feeding device with hopper
The cross wire need pre-cut by wire straightening and cutting
machine. This cross wire hopper, mounted on wheels to be moved from portal,
for automatic sorting out, separating ,positioning and ejecting of
the straightened wire materials. will adopt servo motor control the wire falling ,more accuracy
control the falling time. the storage device could load roughly 1 ton wire material, will
auto full fill the storage wire into the auto falling hopper
5. Mesh bending device
Set the cut value or location on the control box, the bending
machine will bending the mesh as sheet when up to the set value .
