Wire Mesh Welding Production Line Introduction:

7. About the mesh flatness, this production line adopts the unique
welding craft and sophisticated welding control system as well as
high-quality copper-cobalt alloy electrodes with special shape, all
of which can ensure the flatness of mesh.
8. The edge cutter is controlled by two big air cylinders on two
sides, There is one cutter in the middle of the machine. The cutter
will cut the mesh into 2 pieces. The cutting speed can match the
welding speed.
9. The servo motor for pulling mesh, cross wire space can be
adjusted by PLC.The pulling rack is the J&T brand, more
accurate, less noise.
10. The mesh cutting is automatic, max.1m length. After cutting,
the mesh can fall down automatically to the mesh stacking car.
